Once a digital file has been purchased or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the nature of digital content. Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure the file format is compatible with your specific embroidery machine.

Please make sure you review the product description, supported file formats, and compatibility details before purchasing. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Digital embroidery files
Downloadable PDF patterns
Templates and planners
Instant download products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, orders for downloadable files cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.

Cancellations and refunds of Custom Orders

Custom designs are made to order and cannot be resold, so:

Within 12 hours of ordering, and before digitizing has started: full refund on request.
After12 hours, or once digitizing has started (whichever comes first): 50% refund or store credit.

After the preview is sent or files are delivered: no refund, except as described below.

If the file is corrupted, won’t open, or is clearly not what was approved in your preview, contact us within 7 days and we will try to fix it, or refund you if we can’t. Checkout this page for more policy details on custom orders
